Dearing Plastics begin Tenant Fit Out

Our newest tenant, Dearing Plastics Limited has now began work on their “fit out” of the unit, in anticipation of relocating their operations to the Humber Enterprise Park.  Forming both offices and canteen the facility will be ready in record time.

Director Andy Harris said “We busy constructing welfare and office facilities.  All of the various trades we need have now been engaged and we are programming for all of our machinery to start to arrive by the middle of March. Everything is programmed to be in place and staff arriving on site for a production start, week commencing 20 March.  We just cant now wait to get things moved across and begin manufacturing in our new home”.
