Demolition programme milestone achieved

The HEP has today experienced a momentous occasion.  The commencement of the demolition of building 5 has enabled the transformation delivery team to achieve their first programme milestone.  DSM site manager Colin Wardle said “it feels great to get this job started”.

This work begins a programme of the demolition of 25 buildings that are being demolished to make large improvements across the site.  James Appleton-Metcalfe said “This is a pivotal point in the transformation of the Humber Enterprise Park.  Our commitment to creating a world class centre of commerce in the East Riding begins today”.  Peter Evans of Citivale also said “It has taken the team a great deal of hard work to get to this point”.
