Demolition Progress – Phase Three

On the 20th July, the Humber Enterprise Park saw the start of Phase III of the demolition works. Beginning with building 79 the Principal Contractor The DSM Group have committed to a 20 week programme to demolish buildings 75, 76, 77, 78, 79 and 149.

Citivale Director James Appleton Metcalfe said “the works to transform the site have now moved into a critical stage with both demolition and refurbishment programmes commencing.  I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved so far and look forward to unveiling the transformed facility soon”.
