Lumina Visit the HEP

Friday saw a visit from a team from the sites Co owners Lumina Real Estate Capital.  The team where escorted by James Appleton-Metcalfe and Peter Evans from Citivale.  They spent time walking the full site undertaking an audit on asset and where escorted around the office refurbishment accompanied by delegates from both KPS and Black Cat Services.

The visit witnessed that final floor finishes have now been installed in building 141 (Hawk) and final finishes being completed in Core area Firebrand.  Citivale director James Appleton-Metcalfe said “Today has been a really good day. The visit has shown the Lumina team the progress that has been made across the estate, but especially the progress and quality of the office refurbishment.  The installation of carpet tiles in Hawk shows that we are on the home stretch and I can’t wait for the final handover from KPS”.
