New Office Occupier Joins the Line Up at Humber Enterprise Park
Westcore, owner of Humber Enterprise Park, celebrates a new office occupier at the well-established business park in Brough, the Humber Enterprise Park.
The new tenant, Pure Renewables, has taken space within the Buccaneer office building, named after one of the aircraft that used to be made at this historic site.
Pure Renewables originally specialised in solar thermal energy systems but with continued expansion the business now offers a range of renewable energy solutions, from heat pumps, mechanical ventilation heat recovery and underfloor heating suitable for retrofit and new build projects from residential through to large scale industrial processes. The commercial and industrial section of the business is now based at the Offices at the HEP.
PPH Commercial acted for owner Westcore and asset manager Citivale on this deal. Ben Medhurst, director at PPH commercial said “it is no surprise that Pure Renewables loved the Offcies at HEP as they are so well located with great access and unrivalled parking ratios.”
All office buildings have undergone extensive refurbishment and offer a high specification, feature atriums, and great amenities. The flexibility of the office space is fantastic with the ability to let smaller suites of 2,000 sq ft, full floors of 6,000 sq ft, or entire buildings of up to 18,000 sq ft.
