NEWSFLASH – Howdens Joinery Sign Lease

The Humber Enterprise Park is pleased to announce that a lease for building 22 (B-Shed) has today been finalised between LC Industrial and Howdens Joinery Ltd.  This is a fantastic announcement for the team at the HEP, who have worked tirelessly to see this deal through to its conclusion.  LC Industrial partner Citivale MD James Appleton-Metcalfe said “This is a proud day for all concerned at LC Industrial, as we have secured a tenancy of one of the leading companies in their field .  A massive thanks to the team for making this happen and we look forward to working closely with the Howdens team in the future”.
