NEWSFLASH – Refurbishment Contractor Appointed

The team at the Humber Enterprise Park are please to announce the appointment of Key Property Solutions Ltd as Principal Contractor for the refurbishment of Buildings 78, 131, 139, 141 and 142. The works are programmed to start towards the end of September.

Jeff Carson from Lumina Real Estate Capital said “the placing of this contract sees the project to redevelop the Humber Enterprise Park move into its final stage.  These are exciting times for the Humber Enterprise Park and we hope to attract key anchor tenants once this work is completed and we bring these newly refurbished offices to market next year”.
