B-Shed Yard Receive Citivale Visit

14th December 2016
The Humber Enterprise Park had a visit from the Directors of Citivale to update themselves with the progress of the B-Shed yard works.  CR Reynolds are progressing well to programme, having reduced the area where the yard is located to a depth of 700mm.  Works have now commenced to grade the ground using the 6F2 material created following the demolition of the buildings in this area of the site.  This reuse of the waste from these buildings shows the level of commintment the Humber Enterprise Park places on recycling rather then disposal.

Citivale Director, James Appleton-Metcalfe said of the works “This project has been planned for some time and creates a service yard for the 175,000sqft industrial let known as B-Shed.  this unit has just become available having housed Howdens for 18 months and we are hoping to have this space let in the near future, complete with a high end specificed service yard”.
