The G-George 1940s Weekend at Breighton Airfield was a fantastic event and proved extremely popular, attracting an impressive number of visitors throughout the day.
There was a brilliant atmosphere, with people of all ages enjoying the historic aircraft, displays and entertainment.
A particular highlight was seeing the Spitfires take to the skies – an unforgettable sight and a fitting celebration of the region’s proud aviation heritage.
