G-George 1940s Weekend taking place at Breighton Airfield on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 August. With Humber Enterprise Park’s long-standing connection to aviation and engineering, this promises to be an enjoyable local event for anyone interested in the region’s proud aviation heritage.

The weekend will feature historic engine runs, wartime displays, live music, dancing and re-enactments. Saturday’s programme will culminate in a special flying display at approximately 5.00pm, featuring Supermarine Spitfire EE602 alongside the Normandy Spitfire, subject to weather and serviceability.
